Verenward TAGS

Track. Arrange. Grow. Serve.

A straightforward website, CRM, scheduling and follow-up system for small businesses, with a smidge of AI. TAGS keeps your customers and your daily work organised without introducing enterprise complexity.

For independent and small owner-operated businesses. Built for small business, demonstrated through real estate.

If you have clients, you have a book of business, and almost certainly nothing that treats it like one. Four things every business with clients has to do, and four things a business of one ends up doing out of a notebook, a phone and memory. A tradesperson, a consultant, a studio, an agent: the shape of the problem is the same.

T

Track

A real CRM, not a contact list. Every enquiry carrying its status, its stage, your notes, the chat transcript and the consent record, with an audit trail of who changed what and when. Who is owed a call back, and who has been waiting nine days, without you holding it in your head.

A

Arrange

The calendar stops being the bottleneck. Booking and viewing requests arrive as records rather than as texts to be scrolled back through. Use the built-in request form, or hand off to the scheduler you already pay for — either way the name and the number are captured before anyone leaves the page.

G

Grow

Your work, your brand, your data. Whatever you sell, shown properly: photo galleries, the areas you cover, real reviews, and a contact form that writes into a database that belongs to you. Your own domain, an editor you use yourself, and analytics that answer what is working rather than who visited.

S

Serve

The smidge of AI. An assistant that answers the ordinary questions while you are on a job or asleep, grounded in your real business facts and your industry's rules. It will not invent a price, a product or a review, and anyone who leaves a name and a number becomes a lead rather than a log entry. One helpful thing that knows its limits, not a rebuild of your business around a chatbot.

See it working

A whole TAGS site, running.

The demo is a working site for Jordan Vale, a real estate agent who does not exist. Everything in it — the agency, the listings, the reviews, the enquiries — is invented. It carries that agent's branding rather than Verenward's, because that is the point: a TAGS site belongs to the business whose name is over the door.

Nothing in it is a screenshot. All three sides open with no sign-in, and you can use them:

  • The site — what a customer sees. Filterable listings, galleries, reviews, contact form.
  • The admin — what the owner sees. Change a price, drop in your own photo, publish it.
  • The CRM — the book of business. Work a lead, set a follow-up, read a chat transcript.

Your changes save in your own browser and nowhere else. You are not looking at anybody's real data, nobody is looking at yours, and a Reset button puts it all back.

Open the demo (opens in a new tab) Opens in a new tab, so this page stays where it is.

What it costs

One owner per site. A build fee from $500, then from $75 a month depending on whether the assistant and the CRM are switched on. Each business gets its own database, its own login and its own bill.

Where the edges are

The site, the assistant and the CRM are not tied to one trade, but the rules the assistant has to obey are. Real estate came first, so its constraints are written and tested: Fair Housing, commission disclosure, no invented listings. A new industry needs its own written before it goes live, which is work rather than a setting.

Listings and services are entered by the owner. Pulling live MLS data needs an IDX licence the agent applies for and their broker signs off; Verenward does not scrape listing portals, because republishing that data puts the agent's own licence at risk.

Every business is a separate database, login and bill, so there is no query anyone could write that crosses from one owner's book of business into another's.
